Travel Tracker and its components (except TT Marketing Web Mail) run under the Microsoft Windows desktop platform. We offer customised installation options and solutions dependant on the IT skill levels available in your office. This includes on-site or remote installations and/ or telephone assistance during the installation process.
We may also be able to offer assistance in configuration of "zero cost" remote access software for your office that can help you obtain your work from home. (Please note that under some circumstances this service may not available.)
Requirments for single user system :
* Windows XP, 2003 and Vista*
* 2 gigabytes of RAM
* An Internet connection
* 250 megabytes of free hard drive space
* Microsoft Outlook XP, 2003 or 2007^
* Microsoft Office XP, 2003 or 2007^
Requirements for multi-user system :
* Windows XP, 2003, and Vista*
* 2 gigabytes of RAM for each machine.
* An Internet connection
* 250 megabytes of free hard drive space
* Microsoft Outlook XP, 2003 or 2007^
* Microsoft Office XP, 2003 or 2007^
* Dedicated server machine to hold database.
* Software will function on older Operating Systems such as Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Widows ME and Windows 2000. However, the system must have all the latest Windows updates installed and be tested before use.
^ Limited support for Microsoft Office 2000 therefore it is not covered by customer support. This product is not officially supported by Travel Tracker and there may or may not be issues encountered with mail merging to Word.
The requirements may increase if running Travel Tracker in parallel with other software.
