- Print and send/fax the License_Agreement.doc to Travel Tracker.
- Print and send/fax the Travel_Tracker_Pricing.doc to Travel Tracker.
- List of questions that must be completed prior to install.
- Review Client table categories.
- Review Tasks table categories.
- Review Groups table categories.
- Review Enquiry table categories.
- Review Quote Template.
- Review Confirmation Template.
- Review Tasks Template.
- Requirements for data to be imported from Excel spreadsheets.
- Online Debit Agreement (2 User License)
- Online Debit Agreement (5 User License)
Please complete the above steps. Once they have been completed we can move onto the installation phase of Travel Tracker. The Travel Tracker system is installed using remote access software that does not install onto your computer systems and must be manually run to grant us access prior to each connection to ensure maximum security.
