Marketing Email - The template option is renamed to open and a new save feature has been added.

The new save and open features on the Marketing Email will allow you to create and edit any number of marketing email templates and send them out at a later date.

Email and Marketing Email - Clear option added.

Since the previous version the last edited document auto loads into Marketing Email feature, if this is not required then pressing the clear button will allow you to start again with a fresh blank email.

Travelog - Added Travelog Client import based on Trip file.

Added a new feature so client details can be imported directly from a client trip file. Not all sites would create a profile prior to creating a trip so this feature was added to cover this.

Travelog - Fixed minor bugs and issues with Travelog Profile import.

If there was no valid title field then error message would appear, this has been removed. Also if there was an invalid null email address an error message would also appear.

Email and Marketing Email - Additional Editing Features added.

Quick easy access to Windows Copy, Paste and Cut features added along with Undo/Redo to step back and forth through any mistakes made while editing the document. The editor is now also linked to Microsoft Office spell checker. (Office version XP or greater is required for this feature.).

Marketing Email - Saving and auto loading of previous marketing email.

Upon pressing send the current marketing email is automatically saved, so when email marketing is selected again the previous marketing email will be shown.

Marketing Email - Added option for sending a test email and updated layout.

The mailing lists are now in a drop down box as used in TTMarketing. There is now a new option to send a single test email to ensure your HTML document is correct before sending it out. Upon sending, you will be prompted for an email address to send to, the default email is the current loggged in agents email address if setup..

Marketing Mail List - Marketing list message box removed.

Marketing Mail List - Agents and Complete list displayed wrong way round.

Email Mail List - Agents Marketing List selection added.

Agents can now sent emails to their own marketing list and not just only the complete agency list as before.

Email Mail List - Complete Agency Marketing List selection added.

Previously this was the only option, now with the additional option to email an agents own marketing list, this option has been added.

Email Loader - Field too large syntax checking added.

When using email loader before data is imported it will now be validated and checked to see if its too large to fit into the system. This prevents error messages and data not being imported.

Marketing List - Individual Marketing list for each agent.

The original marketing list was universal and controlled by all users across the entire agency. The new marketing list now allows one individual list per agent, which is stored and remembered for as long as required. Additionally an agent may also look at other lists assigned to other agents or view an entire global marketing list based across all agents.

Marketing List - Marketing list layout matches Client List.

The layout of the marketing list has been altered to match up better with the client list and reduce memory and network overhead when generating the list.

Marketing List - Filters added to Marketing List

The marketing list can now be filtered by Agent or Client Type.

Marketing Mailing List - Agent can now send to entire list our own list.

The marketing mail list can now allow the user to send to the complete marketing list for the entire agency (as previously), or just their own personal marketing list which is assigned to them. More options will be added in future.

Sabre - Sabre upload added.

System can now link to Sabre API to upload PNR details to the Sabre GDS screen, however before this can be activated the Sabre API must be enabled on the client and a special DLL music be installed via customer support.

Markeing List - Fix up general issues and functionality of new Marketing List system.

Fix issues of adding data into marketing list that caused errors, and other minor improvements and fixes..

Contacts - Travel Documents description field size increased.

The maximum size of the field on the Travel Documents descriptions field was increased from 55 to 255 letters to allow for better descriptions. The field was also converted to a multiline display.

Tasks - Prevent errors if network goes down on task check.

Every X amount of minutes depending on coonfiguration the system will check for new tasks and inform the user if there has been any changes. However if the network is breifly down this can cause needless excessive error messages, to improve functionality we have removed the warning messages if the task check is not completed.

Contacts - Travel Documents expiry date now optional.

Previously travel documents field expiry date was always required - however this is not always needed for all types of travel documents so it has been changed to optional.

Enquiry List - Added the group name.

The new Enquiry List feature introduced in version 2.69 now shows not only the contact name of the enquiry but also the group name if set.

The save function would not be reenabled after editing of suppliers on some systems due to a compatibility issue which has now be resolved.

Skype - Added skype internet calling options.

Added the option of calling via Skype from all telephone numbers stored within Travel Tracker.

Enquiry List - New Enquiry List Screen.

Instead of printing an enquiry list report it is now possible to open the enquiry list in much the same was as a task list or a client list. This will then help to better keep track of all the outstanding enquiries in the system.

General minor improvements to the system including compatibilty issues with Windows 7 public beta resolved.

Minor changes to the system included modifying of the search date function to match other areas of th system and minor improvements to functionality of the users screen. Also addressed issues of compatibility for users of the Windows 7 public beta.

Global Options 'Tasks Type' delete option added.

It is now possible to delete tasks types manually yourself in the global options. The system will automatically check to see if the task is in use prior to deleting to prevent any possible data issues.

Groups - Added "All Documents" report to travel docs report generator.

When printing travel documents for a group, there is now an "All Documents" report which will combine all the travel documents related to the customers in a group into one single report. The report can be accessed under the Members tab in the Groups section of the system.

Task Type template feature added.

The task template feature allows you to create a template for each and every task type assigned. For example, with an EFT task, you could create a standard template to the agent is reminded on which information to collect.

Task templates can be created by going into Global Options, Data Tables, then selecting 'Tasks - Tasks Type'. After selecting the required Task, the template can be placed into the notes field. (Travel Tracker must be restarted for changes to come into effect.)

Fixed minor issue with "Send to Travelog.".

Due to system changes between Travelogs Access database and Travel Tracker mirgration to SQL Server minor bugs have been resolved.


Salutation now replaces <Title> and <Firstname> on mail merge.

Functionality of the new Salutation mail merge option changed. (see previous version for more information.) Now replaces <Title> and <Firstname> instead of just <Title>.

Client - Alternative salutation added to client address for mail merge.

Some clients want to alter the salutation of mail merge so this will replace the Title field. Located on the client screen in the address box there is a new 'salutation' text box. When doing a mail merge, if there is any data in this field it will automatically replace the <Title> and <Firstname> mail merge field on a document. You may have to edit the Word template to meet your requirements.

If no salutation is entered, then the existing <Title> and <Firstname>field will be used.


Client - Travel Document Type increased from 40 letters to 64 letters in length.

Most global options are restricted to 40 letters in length, we have modified 'Travel Documents' global options so they can now be upto 64 letters in length.

Search - No longer required to give birthday year on birthday search.

Search by exact birthday was previously very restrictive because you had to enter the exact day, month and year of the required birthday. We have modified the system to allow entering birthdays to search for by just the day and month.

Group - Group Members screen travel documents report added.

A complete new reporting system has been added for groups. This allows you to print out all the Travel Documents related to a group. For example, all clients passport documents could be printed within a specific group. The report can be accessed in the 'Groups' screen, under the 'Members' tab.

Fixed issue where could add travel doc type of (none) to client.

Fixed a minor issue that allowed the user to add a travel document type of NONE to a client record.

If you have experienced problems when updating an booking deposit field then this upgrade will fix this issue, this issue only affects certain installations.

Fixed problem with assigned campaign bug fixed.

Support enabled for Gross/Net/Commission in Bookings.

We have enabled a feature in Travel Tracker 2 which was previously only available in systems that upgraded from the original Travel Tracker 1. Booking products can apart from having their own gross figure, can also have commission, net, discount, deposit, deposit due date and deposit paid fields assigned.

This feature is optional and as default will not be enabled on your system. To enable this feature please goto Global Options, look under the System Defaults tab and put a tick next to "Enable Gross/Net/Deposit/Discount on Booking Screen".

Support added for Additional Travel Document Types in Client Record.

Previously it was only possible for three fixed travel document types to be stored aganist a client record. These where Insurance, Passport and Visa. Additional custom travel documents can now also be added, however, the original insurance, passport and visa document types should not be removed or edited.

Additional travel document types can be added by going into Global Options, Data Tables tab and by selecting "Client - Document Type" under the Data Tables drop down box.
